It is important that you read the following policies:

ARRIVAL

To respect the time of other clients, please arrive on time. While I do understand that life happens, if you are running late to your scheduled appointment, please call to inform me. If you are more than 10 minutes, I will do my best to accommodate you. If there are scheduled appointments following yours, other arrangements will have been made to reschedule your appointment.

CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT

If you have to change your appointment, kindly provide me with 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment.

SICKNESS

If you, or another person in your household has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. Please do not come to your appointment if you are feeling sick. If it is assumed you are currently sick, your appointment may be cut short or cancelled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again, thanks!

CELL PHONES

Though I understand that important phone calls or emergencies may occur during your appointment, we recommend that you take a break from your phone and enjoy the full TU Polished experience.

OTHER ESTHETICIAN’S WORK

If you currently have acrylic nails, dipped nail polish, or gel nail extensions from another esthetician, please come to your scheduled appointment with the aforementioned products removed.

REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be given. If you are experiencing an issue with your recently performed service, please reach out to further discuss details.
